Launch the app in a terminal with:
signal-desktop
Or use Mod + d and start typing signal-desktop to launch it via dmenu.
Notice the QR code.
Go to the Signal app on your phone and find Settings.
Tap "Linked devices"
Tap "Link a new device"
This will open up your camera.
Scan the QR code to link your device.
